“Hello, I was actually meaning to contact today as I ordered a card to be sent to Sydney Australia. I got confirmation on the 8th of July that is was on the way however it has not yet arrived. Just wanted to check if that is pretty normal or if it should have arrived by now? Thanks, Stephen.”

Hi Daniel, thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a review, I'm delighted you loved the cards. So sorry that the postal system was a little sluggish, the period up to Christmas combined with staff absences due to Covid has obviously had a knock-on effect on our much loved, hardworking Royal Mail key workers.

Looking at your order, I can see it was placed on the evening of Friday 30th May, which I'm sure you'll have been aware is right before May Bank holiday. You also chose second-class post as your delivery method, which, as you'll see at checkout, carries a 3-5 day delivery time. I'd like to thank you for shopping with us.
