“I received superb customer service from The Curious Pancake when making a recent purchase. I accidentally shipped my cards to the USA (I’d sent a gift to my nephew and hadn’t changed the shipping address on my Apple Pay!) Clare responded to my email late at night and immediately changed the address and refunded the excess postage, which I hadn’t asked for. The cards are also lovely - just what I needed and the only place in the UK from which I was able to find cards that struck the tone that I was looking for. Thank you.”
