“I highly recommend The Curious Pancake!! My order traveled many miles, crossing the Atlantic but was shipped and arrived timely. My order was packaged with care and personalized attention to detail. Overall, the cards are of the highest quality, I can't wait to send them out to friends and family. I even giggled reading them again when they arrived. The badges are also hilarious too. “It wasn’t clear from the outset what the total cost would be. I put my billing address in at the end as I thought that was what was needed. As soon as I realised I emailed to change the delivery address and was advised that it would be changed, no problem. It wasn’t changed, my nephew didn’t receive his card which has been sent to me. So £5.80 wasted 😢 Claudia Balderson”

Hi Claudia, I'm so sorry that I failed you on this occasion. It's clearly (my) human error as I forgot to amend your shipping address when I posted out your card. Sorry also that I'm only just replying to your review 5 months later, sometimes it can be a little like juggling cats when you do everything in your business yourself. “The only place I need for cards & cats. As a lifelong lover of cards, letters, notes I love nothing more than browsing in card shops. Sadly my health prevents me these days. Not all online card shops are equal. There are many that just overwhelm with poor navigation & organisation. They are overwhelming to the point of shutting the window to escape & catch my breath. The Curious Pancake however is a truly relaxing & joyful experience that has the feel of being in a real life shop. Pottering virtually & giggling as there is lots of humour, love & of course cats. This is the only card shop that I potter in online🩷”
