“when ever I have decided to book a cruise I turn to the cruise specialists.my last cruise was a 16 day cruise to Australia and New Zealand but the cruise was starting in Sydney so I asked Lisa if she could help with arranging hotels in Austrailia and flights.we then did our cruisewhich disemdarked in Aukland on New Zealands north island we spent some time in Aukland and surrounding area be fore returning home.my opinion is thar the Cruise specialists are a fantastic holiday company with the most wonderful staff very knowledgeable about all the cruise lines so you get the best deal.after my last cruise I booked for the whole family to cruise in the carribean.couldn't praise the staff highly enough”

“My wife and I have always found the staff to be most courteous and helpful making the booking of cruises most straightforward.We have never experienced any difficulties at all.We only use Cruise Specialists and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.”

“Always had excellent service from cruise specialists We usually deal with Stephen Mcrobbie and nothing ever seems too much trouble for him . If we ring him and he's not there or on a day off he contacts us very quickly on his return”

“Booked a 7 day cruise through the Cruise Specialists and from the start they were extremely helpful. It was the first time I had been on a cruise and the lady I spoke to was well informed on the one I wanted to book, including the facilities each cruise line had to offer. Being able to have a cuppa as soon as I wake up is important to me and she was able to tell me which cruise line had tea making facilities in the cabin, I know this would seem trivial to some people, but is important to me. I was able to book a particular balcony cabin near to facilities that I needed. I received the confirmation within a few days which included baggage labels, cruise details and all the relevant paperwork. The seven day cruise was one of the best holidays I have taken and the Cruise Specialists Knowledge made the whole experience stress free. I will certainly be using them when I book my next cruise.”

“Over the past few years my husband and I have used the Cruise Specialists for most of our cruise bookings (sea & river). We always have personable, helpful and knowledgeable advisors on the 'end of the phone' and nothing is too much trouble. We are also kept well-informed, by post, regarding required information and changes to any schedules etc. As a result of this we have recommended this Company to fellow-cruisers whom we meet on our travels. “The arrangements for our last cruise from Fort Lauderdale to West Caribbean were very good and the cruise itself was excellent. Due to delays getting off the ship (medical emergency) the transfer taxi did not wait for us but we simply got a $15 taxi ride to the airport.”

“We booked a Christmas and New Year Cruise as we thought that it would be very special. Apart from a few bits of tinsel you would have been hard pushed to know it was Christmas, there was very little Seasonal Joy, entertainment was very poor. The high light of the Christmas Entertainment was the children's show, the play team should be very proud of them selves, by far out classed the entertainment manager. Apart from the Fireworks in Madeira, which were fantastic , New Year on the ship was none existent. The uniformed crew (not the cabin and restaurant crew) were cold and seemed totally worn out and lacked lustre. The cruise was an absolute waste of money.”

“I/we ALWAYS receive excellent, and VERY personal, service from our usual cruise booking agent, who almost seems/feels like a personal friend now, having had a booking and "help & advice" relationship with her for several years now. We receive a lot of information (both by email and post) of a wide variety of cruises available. While much of it is not necessarily of personal interest, many of these documents/emails have helped a great deal finding out about future cruises, special offers, etc”
