“Stuart was very helpful and friendly Talked me through several different cruises until I was sure which cruise to choose without being pushy. He is also very patient as I did call a number of times to ask questions altogether a pleasure to deal with.”

“Wouldn't book a cruise with anyone else. Have used The Cruise Specialists for many years now and always had the very best service. Our next cruise and our last one, were handled by an excellent Cruise Consultant - Zoe Bizna. She is such a professional, helpful lady and nothing is too much trouble for her. Such a pleasure to speak to. Thank you Zoe.”

“I started cruising, reluctantly, 10 years ago and am now hooked! My love of cruising has been developed over time and been made possible by the Cruise Specialists. My personal agent... although I prefer to think of her as a friend, is called Kirsten Pritchard and what a star she is! She has held my hand every step of the way and is always prepared to go the extra mile to secure me my perfect trip. Her efficient, professional, friendly approach is second to none and her gorgeous accent and easy sense of humour make her a delight to chat to over the phone. To be fair, all of the lovely ladies at the Cruise Specialists are efficient and friendly and all will organize your perfect trip. Cruising is a delightful way to explore our beautiful world.... your own 5 star floating hotel! There are numerous cruise companies out there all claiming to be best on price as well as service.... in my opinion the Cruise Specialists Iare simply outstanding!”

“the cruise specialists had been good before many cruises. This time we had a terrible air journey to Calgary our luggage was lost. we had just the clothes we stood up in for 3 days . Tried to get Cruise specialists we paid well for a package holiday. No they have no responsibility for any airline they book. Responses are " not our problem try the airline but you will not get anywhere". I have booked our next cruise 16 days on Queen Anne with another company. Will that bother Cruise specialists. I doubt it.”

Dear Giles, We are very sorry to hear about the issues you encountered on your most recent cruise. Having liaised with our Customer Service Manager, I can see that both they and our inhouse flights department did all they could over the course of several months to assist you with your claim with KLM. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, ultimately we do not have any control over the claims process at KLM, and we are sorry that their failings have left you feeling that we have let you down. I also see no evidence to suggest that the words 'not our problem' were ever used and would strenuously refute this claim. We do hope that you have a wonderful cruise on the Queen Anne, and that you continue to enjoy cruising. Many Thanks Natasha

“An absolute pleasure dealing with Tge Cruise Specialists . My first contact was to Aileen by telephone after explaining my rights I was promised a quote in 20-30 minutes by email and true to her word it duly arrived. Aileen is a Fri pro from start to finish over a total of 12 days our holiday was all wrapped up every question answered above all absolutely no pressure from the company or Aileen Highly recommended .”

“Would thoroughly recommend for booking have booked with them several times now and the service is always first class. Pricing and support I have always found brilliant. “Never worry about putting your trust in The Cruise Specialists as they will never let you down. That has been my experience every time I have used them and that is many. Special thanks to Neil Adamson who has ensured all our cruises are taylor made to our wishes and where there has been a hic cup he has been there to steer us through.
