Making things easier to book and looking after your old customers makes you a 4 star. When the prices are a bit cheaper this would turn into a five star.

Contacting Cruise Specialists is very easy. The people who handled my calls are very helpful as well as extremely knowledgable. I've enjoyed several cruises over the past 7 years booked through this company and have never been dusappointed.

The company Royal Caribbean Liberty of the sea seems dated the food choice and quality poor. The shipboard casual and uninterested. Claims of high range of activities misleading as they were all small and the size of the ship (passenger numbers) to the venues meant they were packed and to get a seat one had to be there , certainly half an hour before or miss it The production were poor with the exception of the Ice show, even this was restricted entry, by muster station. Staff to passenger range poor. And even some Americans agree the ship was to big for its offering Will not use again.Once again money seems to be the Idol the liner seem to prey to .

Booked 5 cruises with The Cruise Specialists and have always been impressed by their excellent service, they are always very efficient and nothing is too much trouble for them. Would not consider booking with anyone else.

I have now used your service several times and have found it to be very efficient and your agents very pleasant. I usually speak to Janice McColl who always does her best to fulfil my sometimes rather complicated requests for cruise and stay holidays.

Very friendly and helpful staff who help you find exactly what you require in a cruise and at a good price. Excellent communication throughout, and overall thorough efficiency, which means you can relax and look forward to your holiday, confident that everything has been taken care of. I have used the Cruise Specialists for several years and would highly recommend them.

I have always found the staff at The Cruise Specialists very good. Every enquiry has always been handled very professionally and as quickly as possible. When any problem has arisen there has never been an issue with sorting it out with the cruise company or the airline. I have used them for all my cruise bookings and will certainly use them in future

We were late arriving at the terminal due to horrendous traffic problems, it took over 7 hours for a 4 hour journey. I was very impressed with the staff at the terminal when we finally arrived. The cabin was very clean and adequate, but had no tea/coffee facility and only one plug socket which was european, so I had to buy a travel plug. The restaurant service was disappointing - We requested a table for 8, but allocated a booth table for 4. This was OK, a nice couple, and I suppose someone had to be in the corner facing the wall, if only it hadn't been me. The seat was broken, and every time my partner or I moved it rocked. After 2 days it still hadn't been repaired and as the service was so slow we decided to use the self service buffet for the rest of the trip. The itinnery was good and the crew were exceptionally helpful when disembarking by tender. All in all I enjoyed the cruise, however the ship is tired and a bit cramped so I don't think I would bother to book the Marco Polo again.
