Ordered 2 gift baskets, both were much appreciated but one delivery was not good as a signature was required but the courier (DHL) neglected to do this and the hamper was left outside a back gate, unnoticed for 2 days! The hampers themselves were very nice. Would order again providing no hiccups with delivery.

I thought the cost of the actual wicker hamper was a bit high but, that aside, I did like the fact that the contents of the hamper were optional so that they could be tailored to the recipient. So often, these hamper gifts (even Harrods!) embody obscure items that nobody really wants. Accordingly, I was able to select a hamper with contents/ingredients which I knew would delight my son and his wife in their 25th anniversary

My son who lives in Switzerland is going through a very painful divorce. Not his choice and 4 children involved. So as a housewarming gift he was delighted to receive it thank you.

Hamper was excellent, the transport company UPS spoilt it by delivering a day late, therefore spoiling the birthday. The hamper company gave a 20% discount on the next hamper purchased as an apology.

We live in Australia and wanted a food hamper to be delivered in UK for a 90th birthday. We ordered the "British" gormet hamper. My father loved the variety of food - the hamper arrived on time and he was thrilled Would recommend the British Hamper Company - great job

Exemplary service ensured the hamper was exactly as described and delivered on time. The packaging was beautiful too. My only 'gripe' is the content; lovely products, but quite expensive( £60+) for what you get. However, for a special event, a great gift.

The products were a good choice and only packaged. Unfortunately, the hamper arrived a day late and it was for my son’s 30th birthday. When I phoned to query this I was told there was a holiday in the Netherlands which delayed the delivery. Bit disappointing as this should have flagged up when I placed the order.

The customer service for The British Hamper Company was excellent, they were responsive and helpful. The hamper itself did not come in a traditional 'hamper' as we had expected from the photos, but rather came in a colourful box. This was easier to transport, but not as impressive or visually appealing as a well-crafted basket would have been.

I have ordered 2 products from here and the results have been good. I have only one note to make - the hampers were delivered to an address in france. Everything went smoothly, however the delivery address in france had some special french characters in it...acute accents etc. This corrupts the delivery address that you see on the web site which is a bit worrying. In face there was/is no problem - the system holds the correct address and there were no delivery issues. But the corrupt address as displayed on the website is confusing.

We sent a British style hamper to my son and his family who live in Boston, USA for a taste of back home over Christmas. They were delighted with the hamper. Delivery was really quick, in about 3 or 4 days.

this gift was received by my sister and brother inlaw who thanked me prefusely ( which they would do in anycase ) .... they did mention how much they enjoyed the fruit cake ... it was so rich it was almost like a xmas pudding !

My son tells me the contents gave great pleasure.However there was a problem with delivery.I had an Email indicating the hamper was being delivered to an address in Gosport! There was obviously wrong labelling, it was not any fault by the delivery firm.after a bit of a delay the hamper did arrive at my son's address Charney Bassett a little village near Oxford.So all ended well.

I recently bought a Christmas hamper for my son and his family of almost grown up children in the USA. I was extremely pleased with your delivery service and also with the number of items included. However I would have liked it to have included perhaps some jars of pate or similar ar potted cheeses especially if you could find them produced from local ingredients in Lincolnshire. I am aware of the problems involved in importing certain foods into the USA but surely there must be some things that are possible or some way to this. And I am not even mentioning alcohol but what about the local non-alcoholic gin. I chose your hamper because it was local and also better value than others I had seen including the famous ones.

The sales team, particularly Georgina and Rebecca were really helpful, particulary regarding a sensitive issue, patiently waiting for a delivery date for this particular hamper. Out Christmas hampers last year were delivered as promised and everyone seems to have enjoyed them.
