I always used to buy your diabetic hampers for a close friend but it seems now you've reduced the choice, so I paid for the dearest one at a reduced price, only to find when it arrived the best before date was in a months time, this is a large hamper for a single man, nowhere prior to purchase was it mentioned of the short shelf life, anyway because of the lack of choice now in the diabetic selection I will not be buying anymore.

I ordered 3 £200 hampers, all to be delivered in specific days on the days I knew they could be received and signed for. Everyone can a week early or in a risky different date. EVEN AFTER changing the dates on DHL AND THE HAMPER COMPANY! a total shambles PLUS none of the hampers were impressive falling below average. Now all I get is a barrage of emails and stupid surveys. M&S next year.

Bought this as a gift for a friend following a surgical operation. I had the hamper delivered to me. The delivery was as specified when I purchased it, so no complaints about the ordering or delivery part. The only disappointing thing is the hamper seemed a little small for the money paid. While the images on the website gave the appearance of a generous family sharing hamper, in reality this appears to just about enough for two people to share rather than a family. I don't feel that the hamper offered any kind of value for money.

Having ordered a hamper for a prize at a corporate event I was disappointed when laying the hamper out on the morning of the event to realise that 2 items were missing. I have to say that a member of staff is reimbursing us suitably and has been very apologetic, but I will have hesitations over using this company again. If we had sent this direct to the client we would not have known that we had paid for something and not got the full package.
