“The customer service for The British Hamper Company was excellent, they were responsive and helpful. The hamper itself did not come in a traditional 'hamper' as we had expected from the photos, but rather came in a colourful box. This was easier to transport, but not as impressive or visually appealing as a well-crafted basket would have been.”

“We sent the British hamper as a birthday present to our son, who has moved to America. He loved the old traditional favourites and we were delighted with the swift delivery and reasonable pricing. “It has been brilliant to find a British based company (using only British made products in their hampers of a high quality and range) whose website is easy to use, has a broad range of price points, very efficiently processed and delivered with clear communication. Oh and finally they can do bespoke hampers if you need them. Excellent all round and have already used them twice in the past week and will definitely be our 'go to' hamper company going forwards for both our supply chain and staff and friends/family too!”

“I ordered this hamper on Sunday and it was delivered to my nephew in Switzerland on Tuesday morning. He was very happy with it. I had given an incorrect phone number for him and sent an email to British Hampers to advise the correct one. I not only received an email confirming they would update the information, but also a phone call to assure me they would only be using the number if there was a problem. They also thanked me very courteously for using their company. It was a pleasure to deal with them.”
