“The products were a good choice and only packaged. Unfortunately, the hamper arrived a day late and it was for my son’s 30th birthday. When I phoned to query this I was told there was a holiday in the Netherlands which delayed the delivery. Bit disappointing as this should have flagged up when I placed the order.”

“The customer service for The British Hamper Company was excellent, they were responsive and helpful. The hamper itself did not come in a traditional 'hamper' as we had expected from the photos, but rather came in a colourful box. This was easier to transport, but not as impressive or visually appealing as a well-crafted basket would have been.”

“It has been brilliant to find a British based company (using only British made products in their hampers of a high quality and range) whose website is easy to use, has a broad range of price points, very efficiently processed and delivered with clear communication. Oh and finally they can do bespoke hampers if you need them. Excellent all round and have already used them twice in the past week and will definitely be our 'go to' hamper company going forwards for both our supply chain and staff and friends/family too!”
