“Although the hamper was held up for a few days in Australian customs, the service overall was excellent. The hamper was fabulous according to the happy recipient! I would definitely recommend this company and would definitely use it again.”

“The Hamper arrived before the originally arranged date! All emails were sent to me here in England instead of to the intended recipient in Australia! However, once received and opened during their family holiday, it was given 10/10 ! Packaging was excellent as were the contents which were enjoyed by all the family in Australia.”

“I highly recommend this product. The website is clear and easy to use, the hampers are very good value, delivery was quick and I was advised of delivery to the recipient in Australia. “I wanted to send a hamper as a thank you to someone in Iceland. British Hamper made it so easy and fuss free. I spent more time deciding which hamper to send than actually ordering it! “There is a great variety of hampers to choose from and a wide price range too. I also liked to be able to talk to a person on the phone, and sending it abroad was not a problem. The staff were particularly helpful and the hamper recipients were extremely pleased with their gifts. I shall definitely use them again.”

“I just wanted to express how impressed I am with The British Hamper Company. Not only do you have a huge variety of quality hampers, your personal customer service was outstanding! I ordered this yesterday at 10:00 EST and the family in Malta has just told me the basket has arrived and it was such a wonderful surprise full of scrumptious goodies. “We have used this company twice to send gifts to relatives in Switzerland. I found the website easy to use and was able to quickly place an order both times. The recipients were delighted with the contents of both hampers, which were delivered on the expected date. I had a query regarding my first order and was contacted immediately to sort it out. Overall we felt the service was efficient and very good value.”

“In a word...Excellent! Last December I used The British Hamper Company to send a couple of my overseas clients, 'Thank You' gestures. Their hampers and gift boxes were so well received that I immediately ordered them for the rest of our VIP customers. I have since used The British Hamper Company to send gifts to my nearest and dearest and they have all loved them. The customer service I received from Sam was exactly what you'd want and expect, plus she went above and beyond for me cause I left little time to sort it all. I don't tend to write many reviews but know the importance of spreading thw word and when you get good service like this, it deserves to be shared. 10/10, you are my go to for that little extra special thank you gifts. “I ordered the Superior Traditional Hamper as a Sympathy gift for my Aunt. She has lived in the U.S. for over 50 years but still has family and friends in England. I wanted a special gift that wasn't your run of the mill fruit basket or flowers. The photos and description of the item I purchased were spot on! Delivery was quick and my Aunt was thrilled. She was amazed at the box the hamper arrived in as well as the Hamper and it's contents. This was one of the best gifts I have ever ordered for someone. I will definitely order from the British Hamper Company again!”
