“Super. No Complaints. I got a very good quote from Bennetts and went with them rather than spend hours trying to save a tenner looking at other insurers (mostly cos they sponsor BSB).”

“So I found this company vie top cash back, motorbike insurance found me a quote from Carole Nash. With the promise of £22 pounds cash bash. So I accepted the quote. A good deal I thought. Since then motorbike insurance have declined the £22 cash back. Obviously won’t be using them again.”

“While it was apparently efficient via phone, which is where I started the quote, and competent, I then retrieved the quote that was sent via email for future reference when I later in the day decided to take on the offer with MCE as previously set up through the call with The Bike Insurer. It is obviously my fault that I didn't double check properly the data before finalising and confirming, as I was a bit in a hurry and clearly careless, but I didn't expect to find so many issues with it and wrong information, taken from god knows where, as I thought that the data would have been entered correctly by the operator via phone. It turned out I had to change a lot of information which was either way off or slightly different from what agreed and declared over the phone with The Bike Insurer. Still, it was my fault to confirm without double checking properly, but such a disappointment that the data was filled in by The Bike Insurer in such a sloppy way, and that I had to pay over £70 on top of the premium just to change these information the day after I received the policy document. The quote was the same as the one offered by CompareTheMarket, but I thought that it would be easier to get this one instead because I conveniently received the recap ready to buy via email... I Will NEVER use The Bike Insurer again.”
