“Very easy to deal with. The young lady on the phone clearly knew her job and was quickly able to match my previous insurers previous years premium which they had tried to increase by £80. Thereafter the website was user friendly.”

“Not very good I am afraid / a young man answered the telephone and asked if he could help / he said he would transfer me to a sales desk / however nobody. Answered the telephone and I was waiting for several minutes. I therefore disconnected the call. Denis.”
