“My motorcycle is not kept in the same location as my registered address - I live in London however the bike is kept outside Inverness; although I made this known, the insurance that I bought and paid for turned out to be void because the insurer would not insure London addresses, despite the fact that the bike is at the other end of the UK. I therefore had to cancel it, pay a £15 admin fee and the result was no insurance. Next time, I would go straight to the insurers direct.”
