“The comparison site was simple and easy to use and the prices quoted stacked up well against alternate checks. The real issue is the actual insurance. I ended up with third party only as the compulsory excesses demanded to add Fire and Theft or go full comp were more than the bike is worth and therefore no further risk to the insurers. No wonder insurance has such a bad name - what a rip off.”

“you want to do something about your call center as i never got an answer after trying several times once for 35min to be told im in a queue it is dear phone calls 11.97 to never get a reply after sales is a complete disaster .”
