“Quick and easy, really good prices would deal with them again”

“Took out what thought was a good policy, only to find out something was missing. So within a day of receiving the docs I contacted the insurer to make an adjustment, and lo and behold no adjustments can be made once the policy is in force. Even for 24hrs! Very Poor service.”
