“it made me happy to have my insurance done in a day -__BUT_it cost me 16pounds waiting and getting passed to different people on my mobile phone which i consider expensive for me that means my insurance cost more than it should have done if you had a landline number it is better for many people like me who dont have free phone time on their mobiles thank you”
