“I recently insured my new Yamaha with The Bike Insurer. They are a new insurer to me, so far very pleased with the customer service, both friendly, helpful, and professional, very important to me, to have a person on the end of the line, and not a recorded menu. I thought the cover that I required was very good value. The online documents came through fast, and were easy to understand, and the Website easy to navigate. Like all insurers, you find out how good they are, when the unfortunate occurs, and you need to make a claim. Hope i never have to”

“This provided a reliable and simple to use service. Having gone with their recommendations I continued to get reminders from them to renew and this got a bit tiresome and unnecessary. This may have occurred because I had to ‘phone to correct the exact bike model.”

“Quick and easy ... no high pressure salesmen and saved half my previous premium ... I would say be ready to commit to buying insurance as I did get a call from an excited broker who had my details from the site (I think I forgot to tick a box!) but fortunately I had the mother of all hangovers and he let me go, I quickly took the insurance I wanted (online) and received no further calls ... recommended and I’ll be using again!”
