“After paying £150 deposit then being rejected from doing monthly payments, I had to pay my policy IN FULL of £405.76 & was told that was everything included. Then I received a email saying that my policy was going to be cancelled due to a non-payment of £82.72 for a NCB from my previous insurer MCE & I thought you would have your policy go down not up especially with 2 years NCB. It was nice of the operator to give me an extension until the 25th, but still recieving a surprise email demanding a payment or getting my policy cancelled after paying £555.76 for the year was extremely annoying, which has made me consider going with another insurance company next year.”

“The actual comparison was Very Good, but, I've not rated it Very Good nor used my name in this review as a short time after I started receiving phone calls from an unknown number and have seen dozens of reviews stating the exact same thing. So much for keeping data private.”

“Easy to use with simple click design, good use of showing individual use of fully comp, third party fire and theft, and third party only. Good way to see the impact of the cost. Down side is you need individual reference number of past search to go back in at a later date, which isn't good if your tweaking and testing different bikes, really needs a login feature personal to your email address. Also, if you take a quote and do not take it, I found alot of the time they will call you and try and make the sale which was frustrating (I just kept saying I've bought it through the external link 😂) But will be definitely using next year for renewal. 3rd year running using The Bike Insurer.”
