“Promise of cashback if you used this company to purchase motorcycle insurance. On that basis took out insurance but cashback was not forthcoming and the company claim that there is no record of the purchase being made. I have supplied policy numbers etc as proof but they still refuse to pay out.”

“3rd party F&T over £300 the cheapest of a bad bunch , fully comp over £500 for a driver of over 31yrs and 50 Yr old on a 125cc motorbike is ridiculous..... but what can I do ......not happy”
