“Some of the quotations were ridiculous and insulting and should not be included on the comparison site. However the quotes are not the fault of the Comparison site they can only show what they receive. It is blatantly obvious that some of the companies appearing want nothing at all to do with motorcycle insurance. This also happens on other comparison sites and is not unique to this one who eventually sorted out what I wanted.”

“Arranging any insurance is a chore and the complexity of policies and add ons is not easily identifiable when obtaining quotes. Bike insurer was straight forward quickly set up.”

“purchased policy and had to chase for documents for over 8 weeks, they have now issued proceedings as i cancelled within 14 days of receiving the documents due to excessive charges, mediation setup with court and they didnt call in so i lose a days pay also now to defend. DO NOT USE THEY ARE CHEAP FOR A REASON”

“Big fan. I find that the Bike Insurer is always as cheap as the big, general purpose comparison sites and often cheaper. The fact that you're tailored to motorbikes specifically gives me more piece of mind that the policy I'm buying covers what I need. For example, some policies specify that they cover modifications which otherwise can be a gray area.”

“It was easy and fast to use, the website gave me a clear and precise layout of which one was cheaper and what benefits each insurance company had. Overall it was a very good experience. However I think the information should be in a bigger font to make it easier to read.”
