“I use The Bike Insurer every year to not only warn me that my renewal is due but also to compare the market rates and offer me the best deal available. I have never just renewed my existing policy but switch each year to the lowest price with similar cover. Excellent website.”

“You continually chased me with wrong information about the expiry date of my son's previous bike policy. Which concluded with the fact that whilst on holiday, I received a communication stating that the policy had expired three days previous. In a panic, thinking that my son was riding a bike without cover, I incorrectly took out a new policy a month before the old policy actually ran out !! Not happy”
