“Whilst the price charged was very good, the overall experience was not. Having received and accepted my quote I received a demand for details of a category 1 immobiliser. At no point during the quote process had this been mentioned. Whilst this was eventually accepted by the insurer and the original price honoured the tone of written correspondence and general indifference of the staff involved was a real disappointment. Would I use them again? Probably - on price but we'll see.”

“It was ok but a bit draft (not your fault) to explain, when my renewal came it was too much so I looked on comparison site I found my existing Insurer was offering me much cheaper insurance so I phoned them, although lowering my renewal they would not match the price of the comparison site, the only thing to do was return to the comparison site and except the lower price with my old company, silly game wasn’t it”
