“fast, simple and no hassle. When you require a team member to get intouch abot an insurance they get back in touch when youve asked them to and are very helpful in finding the right insurance foy you. Very happy and will use again.”

“It took days to get my 1964 scooter insured with many telephone calls and emails before even basic insurance cover was given, even though I have no complications such as points on my licence etc. It then took weeks to get the scooter fully insured to the value I paid for it, a receipt for the scooter showing the cost was sent through email, plus photographs of the scooter, it still took too long to get the cover I had paid for. As I am in a group of similar people, I have not recommended my insurers to anyone due to the length of time it took to get cover.”

“Pretty good although when ringing cheapest quote they took all my details and re-entered them the same as i did to tell me they could only provide a higher price than i was originially quoted. I sometimes think companies put a cheap price just to get you to ring.”

“I had a quote off Bennets for £96 fc I was already insured with Bennets but my renewal was almost £300 but when I tried to get it but it wouldnt go throygh to the next page so I rang them they wouldnt accept there quote saying it was longer than 30 days but it was 29 days, the Bennets customer service was almost offensive really abrupt and rude I have always found Bennets to be very good but I didnt understand what had haopened to them until I found out that they had been bought out by Saga that explained it. So I went with another company.”

“Received really cheap quote's. Phoned up to get insurance, the guy I spoke to on the phone was very helpful. The only thing I didn't like was the premium rate number. Other that that I got a really good service all round.”
