“My only criticism is that you have sent me a renewal notice at the wrong time of year as well as at the right time. This has caused me quite a bit of hassle as I double insured my bike.”

“When I enquired for a quotation over the phone I was quoted £300. I thought OK fine. After two weeks of purchasing my bike and rang again the price shot up to £380!. I was not haopy. After much discussion I managed to get the price down. I was never told the quotation was valid for 7 days!”

“Huge faff on. Normally I use the big bike insurers, press a button to pay and its done. I had to fill out forms and mess about with numerous phone calls. I shan't be using them again”
