“the cost was all most the same as the cost of my bike and any other than third party the execs was as much as the value of my bike! I accept that as a new rider I have to prove I am a good risk but what is the point of making me take third party only as any other insurance ment I was paying more for no benefit? it's mad”

“Experience was good. Insurance was cheap but I had pay deposit for 2 months and installments are 8 instead of 12. That concerns me a lot. I hope they will fix it for me so that I can stay with them. My registration number is MW10 UHL. I am looking forward for a way. Otherwise its a good insurance for this money.”

“When I moved home recently my old insurance company Bennett's told me my premium for the remaining 9 months of the term would be double what I had been paying for the whole year. Bikesure quoted me a very much better rate despite my not being able to recall how many years no claims bonus I had accrued. I paid the premium and changed insurer. Two weeks later after I had submitted my proof of no claims, I was delighted to fine I had been reimbursed half of the money I had paid. I had been with Bennett's for many years never claimed and just always accepted the annual increase. Never again I'm afraid, loyalty counts for nothing. I look forward to seeing how Bikesure treat an existing customer next year.”
