“I found the staff very helpful and pleasent to talk to and fully understood my requirements. Also I am very pleased with the mattresses, they are just as we hoped and very good quality. Also the service on delivery and disposal of our old mattresses was excellent again with helpful polite staff. Excellent service, thank you. Cliff Rook”

“Excellent service - was very helpful about which mattress to buy, & we liked that we weren't just persuaded towards the most expensive one but the one that was right for us. Delivery & taking away old mattress was quick, efficient and professional - no hesitation at all in recommending.”

“I needed a couple of replacement castors for a divan bed. I popped in and they couldn't be more helpful. They gave me some new castors free of charge and showed me how to put them in the bed. They also had a great range of beds so I now know where to go to buy a new bed for my daughter in the next month or so. So refreshing to be served by helpful, friendly, courteous people. Thank you.”

“When we purchased our bedroom furniture for our new home, it was the second time in 10 years we have had the pleasure of dealing with Matthew, Daniel, Dominic and all the team. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly from start to finish, including their delivery and installation team, for whom nothing was too much trouble. Quite simply, the Chichester Bed and Mattress company provided the products and the service precisely as they promised and in a super friendly way - you feel part of the family!! Thanks guys!”

“Incredibly happy with my mattress and the service received. The man in the shop was super helpful and ensured I would get my mattress delivered on the day required. The 2 delivery men were very friendly and professional- even took their shoes off at the door! Have already recommended the store to a number of people and will definitely return.”

“We were told about the different types of beds .and then we started trying them. We were left to try with no pressure, but at the same time answering questions when asked. It was a pleasant experience. And i recommend this company. The 2 lads that delivered new bed were very helpful.”

“We are very pleased with our new gel mattress and would recommend The Bed and Mattress Centre for their excellent customer service. Matthew was so helpful and knowledgeable and there was no pressure to buy. Delivery was prompt and by their own friendly in house team who took their shoes off at the door. They took our old mattress away to be recycled. Job done. Thank you to everyone.”

“Brilliant company efficient and helpful. Accurate about delivery times and their own friendly expert team put up the beds moving furniture and removing all rubbish. Whole experience was seem-less and quick I won’t buy my beds and mattresses from anywhere else you know everything they stock is good quality built to last you get what you pay for! I’ve used them for nearly 20 years now since they first opened the Bed & Mattress Centre.”
