“Second mattress we have bought from The Bed & Mattress centre, the first one bought over 15 years ago including the bed and headboard, which we still have and is in great condition along with the mattress but we decided we wanted a slightly firmer mattress with a pillow topper. We bought the Knightsbridge 3500 natural pillow top pocket sprung mattress which is amazing! So comfortable and even though it's quite firm, the pillow topper gives it a luxurious soft feel. We were asked what type of mattress we were looking for and shown the choices we had, we were then left to try out at our leasure with no hard sell. We were given an estimated delivery and contacted within that time to arrange a convenient day and time slot which was great and as promised was delivered on time.”

“In my adult life I have now had 3 mattress and a bed frame from this local firm and they are excellent. Polite and knowledgeable sales persons, not pushy at all. Most recent mattress was purchased on Sunday and delivered on by Thursdays with the old one recycled. Highly recommend.”

“Very professional and good advice, quick service and good discounts. This is the second time I have chosen this company to supply me with bed/mattress solution and all I can say is... we're slipping comfortable and enjoying the bed so much we wish not have to get up so early for work. “Excellent customer service at the store and experts in the knowledge of mattresses beds and headboards Excellent price delivery times good Delivery was earlier than expected which suited me fine and and the delivery guys were very professional shoes off as well, this doesn't normally happen anymore very professional service with dedicated staff that know what they are talking about Thank-you”

“Really positive experience. I took my elderly mother to buy a bed and she was gently taken through the process. Great advice on mattresses and bases resulting in mum getting the specification she wanted. Kudos to the delivery guys who went above and beyond. Absolutely recommend.”

“Service in the shop very professional - let me go with my preferences but advised well and thoughtfully. Very helpful so I didn't make an incorrect purchase. The people who delivered the mattresses were brilliant, helpful, polite. Removed old mattresses and offered some good advice regarding the care of them.”

“Great service in the shop. They looked at what we needed, and didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t. We also got some great deals! I had my 5year old with me and he brought out cars for him to play with so we could focus on looking at the beds. Delivery was quick and on time. Delivery drivers were friendly and cleared up after themselves. Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone.”
