“Cannot fault the service from this fabulous company. Spent time with us deciding on the correct frame and mattress as we both need the 'best' as have back issues. Prompt delivery and again, the service continued. Bed placed in position, all wrapping taken, perfect. A big thank you for giving the customer what they want.”

“We wouldn’t go anywhere else for a bed or mattress than Chichester Bed and mattress We have bought quite a few mattresses over the years and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them Always friendly , so knowledgeable about their products , quick delivery and amazing mattresses”

“Customer service was second to none. So helpful and kind in my situation. Didn’t want me to buy something I would not be happy with as I was in urgent need of a bed. Great advice and left with a mattress to return for a bed frame shortly. The two gentlemen there happily put the mattress in my car and made sure I was ok. I love this mattress. It is so comfortable. I would recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a bed or mattress.”

“We purchased the Sienna Oak bed a few years ago so had no hesitation in going straight back for a new mattress a few weeks ago. As before service was excellent. Very informative and not at all intrusive. Left to browse but there to help if needed. Delivery was also excellent. On time. Without asking the guys took off their shoes too. They also took away our old mattress which had the safety mark on so once they had cleaned it this was was being sent to Stone Pillow. Amazing. Would highly recommend The Bed and Mattress Centre.”

“Very helpful when we visited the store helping us to choose the right mattress. Contacted us Very quickly to arrange delivery - even tied in with the frame we had previously purchased from elsewhere. Delivery was prompt and at the time agreed. The delivery guys were very friendly also.”

“Excellent customer service from Dominic helped us choose the right bed and mattress for our new home, we had been let down by Benson Beds!! The order was placed and the communication re delivery and assembly were first class . All rubbish was taken away with our old bed the delivery team went that extra mile for us. We would recommend to all . Thank You we had the best nights sleep ever”
