“Really good people to deal with. Very straightforward, plenty of information available, friendly and helpful over the telephone (Anna) and good prices. Also, very prompt and reliable free delivery service which was absolutely on time. Never used The Appliance Depot before but I certainly will next time I need any other appliance.”

“The service from this company has been excellent, a real person on the phone, delivery when expected, and when the item showed up a little different to the description, I emailed and I got a response straight away and they put it right. “All communication was clear and helpful. It’s the first time I have used this company and I was very impressed. But the delivery guy (Jonny) was brilliant, I was a little apprehensive about the delivery because it is an awkward “in” but he was great and cheerful with it.”

“RECEIVED MY SMEG FRIDGE TODAY WAS DISAPOINTED WITH THE FRIDGE STRAIGHT AWAY. IT WAS WRAPPED IN A BIT OF CARDBOARD AND SOME BUBBLE WRAP SOME BLACK SCUFF MARKS ON FRONT.”

“Extremely pleased with the service received. The ceramic hob was delivered on the date arranged and surprisingly very early in the morning - from Leicester to Sussex!! Although it was a Grade A item, the hob was in perfect condition with only minor damage to its original box. Also it was a very good price. Can not fault the whole experience.”
