“Our Smeg induction range cooker has been delivered today and we are delighted with it . It was as described with minimal visible marks when in place which we are perfectly happy with considering we saved £700 ! The delivery driver was helpful going beyond just getting it through the front door and helped us get it into place. We are yet to try out all functions but so far so good ! Thank you”

“By mistake I had ordered free standing instead of integrated. I phoned the company. The lady said no problems. Select and order what you want. Gave me refund on original and charged for the 2nd. Then I ordered anot item which attracted delivery charge. The lady told me to order as collection and added to previous order for delivery. All arrived promptly on the day and time promised Absolutely delighted. Great savings.”

“Our Neff Combi Microwave oven arrived exactly on the day promised and to within a few minutes of the time promised by the delivery driver. The good grade given to this reduced price oven stated that only the original packaging was damaged which seemed to be valid. So we are very pleased to have saved over £400 compared to the next best offer we could find. While it seems to be working fine we have yet to really use the oven so it is too early to judge if it is as perfect as it seems.”

“Good service, called 1hr after i ordered online to arrange delivery. Driver was early, i was out but he loaded into kitchen for my wife which was great. One small piece missing but sent photos and they got on it straight away. Product as new, struggled to find any 'dent' . Will recommend.”

“Our De-Dietrich oven broke down and due to age was non repairable. I wanted to keep the same type of cooker as I have other appliances of the same make, however didn’t realise how expensive they were. I was so chuffed when I found this site as the same product was £999 on AO.com vs £494 on this site. Being slightly sceptic about it I checked the site and checked with our installer and all looked good. I am so impressed with the service from start to finish and just wanted to make a special comment about the driver, Johnny who was absolutely brilliant. Very accommodating and wouldn’t even take a tip my husband offered him. Real genuine guy. Would definitely use them again. Thank you.”

“Cannot fault the whole process from ordering, communication, and delivery. Very friendly staff, both on the phone and delivery man. Graded item, but really is brand new, only packaging a little grubby but nothing much. Saved a great deal over the retail price. Not used the dishwasher yet as waiting for new kitchen to be fitted. Would recommend The Appliance Depot without question.”

“John and Anna came to our rescue in chasing down a specific washing machine, friendly to chat to, to put our mind to rest. easy ordering with a delivery date which will be just fine as their still is a national shortage of appliances. Pricing was very competitive and the explanation of the graded appliance we were very happy with. Thanks again John and Anna for being on hand in our “hour of need””

“We were happy with the appliance, and delivery when it actually came. However, we stated a specific time slot because we have steps and needed to carry them down, so we were ensuring the right people would be present. As it came a lot later then expected it was tricky to get into the house as the right people were no longer there. But, the delivery driver went above and beyond. So, everything good, bar the delivery time.”
