“Ordered a package damaged gas cooker and got exactly what they had in the catalogue. Excellent service, polite, friendly and on time. Cooker as new, excellent. Better than my experience with AO - will use again!”

“Excellent service the cooker I have bought is ex display with a few mark's on it, well if they hadn't been pointed out I doubt that I would have spotted most of them. Good communication's I can't fault the service I've received”

“Prompt service and good price. As soon as I ordered someone called me to advise my delivery date. Arrived on time and up most care was taken to deliver to my house. Definitely will be using using in the future and highly recommend”

“I ordered a gas cooker, needing it fast. The delivery service was fine, at the time as advised, and helpful. However, I was annoyed to find that the advertised price was lower by £130 when it arrived, compared to when I ordered it! I complained and was told, in effect, tough luck. So their prices are OK but can change by quite large amounts.”

“I bought a Smeg dishwasher which was advertised as new graded with dents. When my fitter arrived he noticed the following issues 1) usage scratches inside 2) broken salt tray 3) filthy connecting pipes which were damaged by use of pilers 4) the bottom wheels not coming out/ functioning 5) different and missing nails from underneath the dishwasher suggesting it’s been opened 6) door fitting kit missing I called and spoke to Jess who asked me to me send an email with pictures which I did. Claims she can’t open embedded photos? And her manager is off so can’t make a decision, I will have to call back. Machine delivered on Tuesday, I complained on Friday when fitter came, so within the 14 days. All I can say for now is that the sells is misleading and I’ll update my review with their responses.”

“Very efficient service. Bought my appliance, received a phone call within the hour to notify me of me delivery date ( which was only in 2 days ). 2 days later, delivery came. Delivery man took item into my kitchen to be checked for faults, which there were none. Job well done. Very pleased with the service.”

“The unit was a fair price as not in original packaging but otherwise undamaged. Their driver this time was superb, I even called the AP staff afterwards to tell them so. I had struggled to repackage the previous unit which I'd mistakenly ordered as didn't understand the built-in vs. built-under difference. The young man really went the extra mile by offering his help to carry down the 5 steps as I couldn't manage on my own. The only negative about the experience was the fact the oven comes without a plug or even a cable! I had to get a man in to get the right rating twin and earth and wire into the circuit box at the back of the oven. This had a significant impact on cost and time for me to get this done. Not overly impressed with Bosch at that one.”

“BEWARE of FALSE ADVERTISING! Purchased a floor model SMEG refrigerator from Appliance Depot. I was aware the item would have 3-4 scratches at the time of purchase. The fridge is completely and utterly FILLED with scratches all over the entire appliance. In addition to a major dent along the top. Not to mention the item is totally filthy to the point that the filth won't come out. Certainly not worth the ~30% discount I received for buying an "ex-display" model. I would expect better from something that is priced at 70% off. I wish I had bought it full price from a reliable retail store. Lesson learned, but hopefully others can avoid! The only positive encounter I had with this company was the nice delivery driver who delivered the item at 5:55am.”
