“I am totally amazed with the brilliant customer service from all the staff at The Appliance Depot. They have been quick to answer my queries and make deliveries. I have been so impressed with their hands on customer care...a rarity these days! I had a fault with an appliance and they worked quickly and tirelessly to help me. I will be buying from this company again in the future and can wholeheartedly recommend them . Thank you to all the staff.”

“Recently purchased new washing machine. The model delivered was the wrong colour (a mix-up on the website)but an alternative in the correct colour was supplied the same day. Very good service from delivery driver too.”

“I don’t usually write reviews but felt this deserved one. The communication and assistance from the office was excellent. The price of my range cooker I was more than happy with. The delivery driver was so friendly and helpful and the cooker looks fabulous! I will definitely use this company again in the future. Well done and thank you 😊”

“Our second experience with The Appliance Depot has been every bit as good as the first: excellent choice; availability; price and delivery all as promised. Domestic bliss was restored when the SMEG fridge/freezer hummed into life, lending a blue illumination to my favourite cheeses amid warm approval from senior domestic management. Worth every penny!”

“Bought a Siemens fridge freezer. I also bought a Siemens washing machine about 3 weeks ago too. Appliances as per the details. Well packed. Delivery guys very helpful. One slight niggle was waiting nearly 2 weeks for delivery. I understand why though as you have to make it as economical as possible delivering nationally. First delivery was really quick so I guess it’s down to timings. Apart from that I’d definitely recommend and buy again for sure.”
