“Customer service was excellent. Delivery was arranged really quickly and delivery guy was really friendly and helpful. Only niggle was your system when I tried to order it seemed to get stuck twice and I had to try PayPal to pay which was fine but I had to call to resolve to reset the product. Not a big problem hence 4 stars as wasn’t perfect overall. Graded Siemens washing machine is a great price. I used straight away. Just a few tiny scratches on what is a new machine for a saving of £170. I’ll recommend you to friends and family.”

“Good on price prompt delivery. The goods were well packed in top condition overall a lovely appliance. I was a little sceptical at first to order from this site but Would recommend the appliance Depot on this first experience.”

“Delivery is normally prompt, but not all couriers used can be held to the same standard as Appliance Depot, my last delivery came with no advanced notification from the couriers themselves. Customer service is excellent and keen to offer a suitable resolution. I wouldn't not hesitate to recommend or use again.”

“The (Bosch WA28281) washer is fine, very quiet! But also very heavy, much more so than our old (also Bosch, Exxcel 1200) Express model. It didn't help that the driver left the washer outside our front door, on the drive, and didn't even knock or ring the doorbell. We just saw a van come into the cul-de-sac and then leave. The delivery was at ~ 7.30am. The driver did not notify us that he was 30 minutes away, as we were told. I also don't much like the fact that the delivery would be anytime from 6.00am! We struggled mightily to get the washer into the kitchen - I am 77 and my wife is 71. I would not opt for delivery only again. But the price was very good, a slight blemish on the washer, and a £90 reduction in price. It didn't help that whilst removing the old machine, the tap started leaking! But that's nothing to do with the Appliance Depot!”

“One happy customer. Fantastic ,friendly and professional customer service and excellent delivery with the driver calling to give time when arriving. I will definitely use this company again.. Oh, and very happy with my fridge freezer and with the money I saved buying from The Appliance Depot.”

“Already ordered and received a Bosch combination oven that arrived on time and in perfect condition. Using them again this time ordering an ex display Smeg warming drawer arriving on Monday. Anna who phoned me to give me the despatch details is always helpful and friendly. The Appliance Centre makes it quite clear whether the items you are buying are expensive display or graded and that’s why they can offer such good discounts.”

“Our freezer wasn’t working properly, we popped over to the Appliance Depot as its only 30 mins away to see if we could pick one up. They were so helpful and brought the one we were interested in over from the warehouse for us to see. They also squeezed it onto the next day delivery, the driver called before hand and as we were out left it in a safe place, exceptional service and we’re very happy with the freezer.”

“Good price for slighty bumped new fridge freezer. Friendly and helpful delivery driver. I would have liked to talk to someone in the warehouse, just to ease my mind about bumps on exterior. This was not possible, but as it was the bumps and scratches were exactly as shown on website, and the interior was immaculate . I will use this site again!”

“Every part of my purchase from ordering to delivery was excellent. The sales person I dealt with was completely in tune with me and very kind. We had our appliance delivered today and the driver was both accommodating and helpful. We cannot find fault with the service and kindness THANK YOU”
