“This has been my first experience with The Appliance Depot it definitely won't be my last. I can not fault the service I have received, from start to finish, it has been exceptional, I have been treated with the utmost curtesy and respect, in spite of the extended Christmas and New Year holiday everything ran so smoothly. “Very disappointed when the item description said it was perfect but no box and it arrived with a damaged oven handle , wasted a week waiting for it to be delivered and now back to square one . However the customer service and refund were outstanding and that to me was the most important. Money was refunded within 24 hours . Overall i wouldn’t buy again as wouldn’t trust the description. .”
