“We bought a microwave which was graded because of a "tatty" box but when we received it found that the door hinge was damaged. After sending the usual photos to confirm the problem Charlie immediately put another microwave on hold and offered the alternative of keeping the product at a reduced price. We decided to get another one in a "tatty" box which had obviously been thoroughly checked. We are very pleased with the customer service and outcome and would buy from the company again.”

“Great company can't fault them they delivered my freezer on time keeping me informed all the way Really pleased with the freezer so much space and was a very good price from Appliance Depot considering other companies were a lot more.The office staff were very helpful and friendly. I will certainly buy from them again and would recommend them to my family and friends”

“Great price , brand new Smeg washing machine as described. Delivery on time and completely as described. Was a bit sceptical initially as price was too good to be true (£450 instead of £1000+) but it's the real deal and the washing machine is perfect , arrived in the original packaging and has been working perfectly for the last couple of months.”

Hi Steve, Really sorry for any inconvenience... we have been advised by SagePay (Evalon) that there was an issue at their end, for now we have now put another gateway in place so payments with 3DS will go through ok, while they fix this SCA issue.

“Very impressed with The Appliance Depot. Ordered a fridge freezer as the price was very competitive. The day after I received a call to arrange delivery. Called me the day before with a half hour time slot. Delivered on time by very friendly, helpful driver. Excellent service.”

“I don't understand much about plumbing but when I phoned The Appliance Depot the lady that served me did, thank goodness. I ordered 2 hugely discounted new sinks. One for the utility and other other for our kitchen. Both are perfect, so thankyou. Eileen Godbold. Ipswich.”

“Unfortunately, the tumble dryer delivered had no filters with it but Anna sent one very quickly (thankyou) unfortunately it wasn’t the correct one, so allowed clothing to be blown direct into heat exchange chamber (very dangerous). The machine couldn’t be used so Anna arranged for it to be collected and offered a full refund. Our experience with the company item wasn’t good but the customer service was brilliant. Would we buy from them again, most certainly.”

“Purchased a machine but unfortunately it wasn’t right, dealt with Anna who was excellent with her customer service, although it wasn’t her fault at all she tried so very much to put it right but eventually resolved it by arranging a collection and offering a full refund. Would certainly buy from this company again , just unfortunate machine wasn’t quite right but can’t fault the company and their attention to after sales, we’ll done Anna and thank youj”
