“Couldn't fault the customer service, kept me up to date on delivery and the washer/dryer was a fraction of the cost from John Lewis and the machine was in perfect condition, just a foot missing but was sent through the post quickly. Thank you Laura for your lovely emails, what an asset to Appliance Depot. Would recommend with no hesitation.”

“New appliance received with damage and scraping all up one side. Looks like it had happened before the wrapping had been applied too. Called twice to pleasant enough call assistant who tried to be as helpful as possible. Unfortunately it is left up to management to make a decision and I’m still waiting on an acknowledgement of receiving my email. No follow up even though details are on the system. Poor......”

“Jess or Jessie who is fairly new there couldn’t have been more helpful,considerate or cheerful.Nothing was too much trouble to explain to me.I don’t think I would have ordered the oven otherwise. The other staff were good as well.”

“Absolutely and without doubt the friendliest service from order to delivery. Excellent customer service from those in the telephone and dispatch department - human beings who genuinely care ! How refreshing to write that these days. Excellent delivery driver - well done Joe! every contact with this company has been outstanding and personable - such a change from the large behemoth companies who claim to be the best.”

“I have had my cooker for over a year. If you lean across to the back you can turn the burners on accidentally. The large ring is too near the front and I have to be careful not to burn myself. The grill only works with the door shut and if you open it for too long the heat shuts down. For the price it is an awkward cooker to use. Worst I‘Ve ever used. Would never buy another.”

“Used item, bits broken and some actually missing. I wasn’t made aware of this being in a used condition. The unit has scratches which show this has been installed previously. I have reported back with pictures and had no contact. I have chased up again and still no contact from this company. Very poor service.”

“A huge thank-you to all of you at Appliance Depot, for making replacing our cooker so easy. From sorting out the order and delivery, to the driver who cheerfully got the oven into our kitchen, stairs and all, there's literally nothing you could have done to improve. You even saved us some money by being cheaper than the folks we originally ordered with (who let us down)!”

“the dishwasher is very quiet and washes very well. delivery was on time and the driver was fantastic. i went on the internet to find a user handbook but the smeg site was having problems - no downloads for the dishwasher. i called the help line at the appliance depot and explained "no problems " and within 30mns the book was on my computer ready for me .from ordering to delivery and customer service this is what i call FANTASTIC SERVICE thank you all so much d richardson”
