“Their communication was great. From placing the order, confirming delivery date, call the day before to confirm drop number start time and our appx delivery time. Driver rang whilst on route, found us, brought the Fridge/Freezer into the kitchen, checked it was OK and left for his next job. Sounds so easy but so many just can't manage this level of service. Thank you Applicance Depot your customer service is superb.”

“I recently purchased a 'B' grade ex-display fridge freezer. The price was excellent with a significant saving over RRP, full two year warranty and the damage both minimal and well documented. Delivery was quick and the driver professional and helpful. All in all a great purchasing experience, thanks!”

“Excellent service, rang very soon after order to confirm delivery. The only downside was the courier company were supposed to ring to confirm delivery slot and they did not. Fortunately someone was in to receive the item. But I would use the company again.”

“Paid for delivery to be delivered within 5 working days notified as instructed in the email. Courier not booked. Have to wait 8 days before delivery. Dosnt suit. As I won’t be in the country. Massive inconvenience. If I wanted poor service I would have paid less elsewhere expecting the poor service. I paid the extra with a small Independent both on the product and delivery as I thought they would be more reliable and have better service times. Sadly Iam wrong.”
