Excellent customer service. Makes the customer feel that you are important to them. Their in-house delivery service is just as good arriving on time. The delivery driver was polite and friendly and delivered my appliance to exactly where I wanted it. The appliance was at a surprisingly low price and I am impressed with its quietness and impression of quality. For example the door closes with a reassuring click with only gentle pressure required, not the usual slam that most makes require. The only criticism I can make, and it is minor, is that the instruction book is enclosed in a re-sealable bag in the drum and this was not sealed properly so that the booklet was damp causing the staples to go rusty causing dark brown rust patches on the paper. As I said “minor”. Keep up the good work. I cannot recommend you more strongly.

1st class service, 30 minutes after placing order had a call to arrange delivery, had call day before to confirm I was 4th on the delivery. Driver called me to tell me when he would be arriving, he was within 10 minutes of what he said. Driver was lovely and opened box to ensure all products were correct. Would definitely use this company again, everyone I spoke to was lovely.

What a great company, simply put they deliver exactly what you would expect. Which is sadly a very rare commodity. Brilliant service, delivered so efficiently. As a first time graded appliance buyer I was concerned as to what I was going to get, what I got was brilliant service and the product exactly as described. So impressed thanks to everyone. Purchased a hob from the company. It turned out one valve was faulty. Unfortunately, they did not have another one in stock and gave me a prompt refund without any hassle. Refund was given by 2nd day. The customer service was excellent with very good communications-hence giving them 5 stars+. I definitely would not hesitate to use this company again and would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Great service from The Appliance Dept. From initial product enquiries, product status clarification, placing order and delivery - everything is customer focussed and progressed in a prompt and professional manner. Outstanding communications - knowledgeable, polite, friendly and quick to answer any questions. Delivery scheduled efficiently on a convenient and suitable day- with the delivery prompt and as confirmed with items very well packaged. A pleasure to do business with, thoroughly recommended.

In the unfortunate event your appliance is determined faulty after 6 months there is no rules its what the management says regardless of where you are in terms of your warranty. When i first spoke to them about the issues they demanded a report stating it was not repairable, now that engineer has determined its a lost cause they have decided they wont refund or replace so they are not even keeping to their word. Most retailers would have proper supply channels and hence they would have agreements where they take the faulty goods back and replace or issue you a refund and take it up with their suppliers. - not in this case my advice if you plan to spend your hard earned money and think you will save a couple of quid by going here please think again. when things work its a great feeling you got yourself 50quid off however in the unfortunate event the item is bad that's when you regret it.

Purchased damaged goods but it wasn’t clear on the website. Appliance Depot say it was but there definitely was no indication or photos saying cosmetic damage!! Be very care what you purchase.

Brilliant service had been looking in line but called to ask a few questions about delivery. All ordered and sorted in minutes and delivered quickly. The staff we dealt with were helpful and knowledgeable and the washer dryer is brilliant. Happy customer -thank you.

I recently bought 3 appliances from this seller. The sales team were extremely professional, very knowledgeable, polite, friendly, quick to answer questions.. and Anna, who handled my order, was extremely patient with me, despite me multiple times changing my order. Yet, although I was not making things go easy as constantly changing my mind as to what I wanted. Throughout, Anna was extremely patient, helpful and very professional. Outstanding customer services, I was very impressed. As for the appliances. Quick delivery, well packed, and everything was fantastic quality, very much as to how the adverts described the items. The deals they offer are outstanding and best deals available online, but the appliances really are new/ex-display and in perfect condition. I could not have had a better buying experience. I absolutely highly recommend as 5 star service, 5 star products. I shall definitely be buying again from here. I very much recommend you do the same

The Appliance Depot Team replaced a Neff K5872SEOG built-in fridge/freezer which had a refridgerent issue with a brand new Neff fridge/freezer of the same model. They transferred the doors to the left hand side, did a thorugh engineer check etc., to make sure the fridge/freezer was in perfect worked order before delivery. We will not hesitate to use The Appliance Depot again. Excellent prooce and good service. Jenny Green

I ordered my appliance on line. there was a problem, which was soon solved by a very curteous lady. My delivery was arranged.. When it arrived the appliance was soon put into its designated place, the whole experience, from start to finish , went smoothly. I would certainly recommend Appliance Depot.

Oven I bought was great value, free delivery next day in morning , delivery was communicated very well and delivered into my kitchen. Staff at shop and delivery guys were very helpful 👍

Excellent communication at all stages of the order process including a phone call a couple of days in advance of the delivery and then one from the driver about half an hour before getting here. The driver checked the goods thoroughly before leaving.
