“I was very sceptical about using this company after reading the reviews. But the product I received at very discounted rate just for damaged packaging was excellent. Product was in perfect condition and has been operating as it should. Product purchased was a Neff N50 double oven”

“Not worth a £100 less then a brand new one, I've purchased a dishwasher which listen as dent and mark but received it with dent, mark and three scraped paint marks, it doesn't look nice in a new kitchen, no information book, and hassle to return as you have to return it your self plus £50 off your payment to restock”

“Ordered a built in microwave, more than happy with price. Communications were very good along with the arranged delivery spot. Unfortunately the microwave was severely damaged and not as advertised. Spoke to Laura at AD, whom assured me this was not the item that I should have been sent. A second delivery was arranged and the damaged one was taken away at the same time. Every think was sorted out very well. I wont hesitate using Appliance Depot again, many thanks 😃”

“The experience was extremely pleasant, Jess and Polly were extremely helpful. The appliance itself is immaculate - I can't find any blemishes at all. Delivery was within a week, very nice driver who was kind, knowledgeable and took care when bringing in the unit. Will definitely be using the Appliance Depot again - highly recommended!”

“A great price, good customer service and good delivery to inside our property. The product was Grade A (damage to packaging) which was a few bits missing from the polystyrene insulation but otherwise good. The product itself was protested and retained all its protective coverings, the instruction manuals still sealed and all good.”

“What a lovely firm to order your appliances from. I needed a Bosch combination microwave oven and I found it with The Appliance Depot. I was told there would likely be some marking or small dent where it wouldn’t be seen when installed which is fine by me. True to their word a lady from the delivery side phoned me to discuss delivery arrangements. Lovely firm lovely people. And excellent choice of well known and trusted brands”

“Quite happy to post a second review! What can I say. Extensive choice of well known branded and reliable appliances. I ordered a Bosch combination microwave oven. No damage to the item; it was a damaged box and packaging, though I had been told it could have had minor scratches or dents where not seen when you’ve installed your appliance. Delivery was quoted by a very helpful lady,Amy. Arrived on time ( noticed the very clean delivery truck and smart delivery person) Certainly be ordering our freezer and dishwasher from them, when we’ve got the building work finished. One very happy customer and happy for you to post my review. It’s been a pleasure doing business with a company that cares”

“ITEM WAS DELIVERED BROKEN. CLEARLY SELLING USED PRODUCTS AS NEW. REFUSED TO REFUND. CHECK REVIEWS ON GOOGLE. SCAM COMPANY DO NOT USE. Staff very rude. Owner John doesn't know how to speak.”

“The appilance has been delivered on time but when we connect the fridge/freezer we found out then there is a problem with ice maker (not working), as well once we were closing the freezer door straight after we could hear a wired noise. As well once we removed all the shelves we found out then at the end of the shelf runners the plastic its broken and the insulation its exposed. When i call the CS they said then they are happy to collect but it will have to be ready outside for them to collect. Thats means i did pay twice for guys to put it in and out the fridge as there is only one person on delivery and collection. Thats means I pay £150 for the instalation and removing the fridge (2 visits) and I am still without the fridge. Avoid.”
