“Fantastic service! I phoned up multiple times as i kept seeing another item i needed on the website. I found 5 appliances in the end. Saved a fortune over buying elsewhere. Really easy to deal with, very helpful on the phone. Everything arrived on time and all items were exactly as described. Even the delivery driver was helpful and professional. Rarely does ordering online go smoothly these days but it is nice to see there are businesses still doing it right. Thanks so much. I would recommend you guys to everybody”

“Bought appliance didn’t work so months have passed with manufacturer sending maintenance engineers out replacing parts until today when the repair was deemed not possible so now I wait to find out what that means , no dishwasher since late November 2023”

“Ok, but when the machine didn't work, when the manufacturer took to long to try to get it repaired I tried to get a refund Trade depot wouldn't accept forcing me to wait even longer for a repair (Bought in January now March) and still waiting for repair.”

“Amazing service and price. Spent weeks being messed about by another retailer then discovered appliance depot and what a difference. Ordered Mon am by 2pm dispatched and even had a call from them to confirm delivery. Definitely will use again”
