“Brilliant company! A pleasure to buy from. Phoned for query on a potential purchase: phone answered quickly, assistant was exceedingly helpful and had full product knowledge. Easy to negotiate website and to place order. Within short time received phone call about the date of delivery and the invoice came through immediately. Arrived exactly when promised with a 30-minute notice of arrival. Delivered by own van - really nice young man delivered and suggested we check our purchase. All was perfect and supremely well package. Definitely this is how to do business and have already recommended Appliance Depot to the builders who are constructing our extension and also to our friends and family. Outstanding.”

“I have purchased several items from the appliance Depot, and been very satisfied with the service. The information regarding the goods for sale are clear and the prices reflect the brands. The follow up call arranging collection is friendly and polite, collecting goods is quick and easy, staff offer help with lift to vehicle excellent service, I would recommend the appliance Depot “well done.””

“This is the first type of purchasing from Appliance Depot. Their staff Laura and Anna were polite and very professional. The Price of the Bosch Fridge Freezer was already very good, but there was a black Friday 10% off which we did not remember to put in at checkout. We emailed to let them know, and they honoured it by refunded 10% off the price of our appliance. We are very happy with the quick delivery time (within 2 days) t and the driver Mike was very helpful.”

“Price on appliance (integrated tumble drier) very competitive. Great service from place of order to delivery. Jess & Anna in customer service were able to provide swift confirmation of slight issue between billing and delivery address - our mistake! Driver kept me updated of delivery time. I would not hesitate to recommend Appliance Depot or use them again.”

“I ordered a grade A Bosch Ceiling Extractor from Appliance Depot saving myself £300. But what was really impressive was the 5 star service I received from Anna the Sales assistant. We arranged our delivery for the following week but due to a sudden change of plan our builder needed it sooner. So we contacted Anna and arranged to collect it on our way back from holiday. However we underestimated what size it was and on first sight didn’t think we could fit it into an already loaded SUV. Not to be defeated Anna helped us unload all our stuff and reload it around the appliance and then made sure she issued a refund for the delivery cost before we were on our way. Top notch.”

“The price was good and the appliance seems really good. Sadly it got damaged during delivery. I then re-organised (although that was stressful due to unhelpful staff member) but then had to go out in the afternoon. tried to get some re-assurance that either delivery would be in the morning or we would just reschedule but the staff were unwilling to do that and when I phoned on the day before I got this woman who said if I was not in for the delivery I would be charged £50 and she was not able to tell me when it would be delivered except it was likely to be afternoon and she was not willing to countenance re-arrangement. So for me I got stress I do not need after things had gone wrong with the original delivery and I had to deal with a member of staff whose manner was very poor.”

“From start to finish the service was excellent from Amy and Anna in the office who kept our orders together and informed . The driver who phoned to give us notice he was on his way and was so polite and helpful. We even had a few questions after delivery that was sorted excellently by John ftom start to finish great client service! Thank you all Mrs Darcy”
