“Ordered a Smeg range cooker from Appliance Depot. It’s the first time I used them and I must say that I have been very happy with the service I got from start to delivery to after care. Anna and other staff members were very friendly and helpful and even when I contacted them regarding a minor fault, an engineer was sent out the very next morning. I will definitely order from them again, they have an amazing range of products and I would recommend them to anyone.”

“Beware when purchasing good from hear if not satisfied with item costs £55.00 plus to return. And £50.00 admin. Which is in the small print but I did not see it. You have to sort out a shipping van yourself and when its a fridge many people will not carry item. Very disappointed.”

“We ordered a fridge freezer from The Appliance Depot after really shopping around. Very impressed firstly with the price, so much cheaper than the same model from Curry's and other companies as well as offering 0% finance on 11 monthly payments so it was a no brainer really. Their staff are exceptionally upbeat, efficient and polite and my emails were responded to quickly. Thank you Jess and Laura! The only reason I haven't awarded 5 stars is because the driver wouldn't wait for us to unpack and inspect the fridge freezer as he had to get to his next delivery and when we did unpack it we found a small crack on the white plastic of one of the interior doors. Not ideal, but something we could live with so we decided not to try and send the appliance back. We let The Appliance Company know about the crack just so they could investigate this at their end and they gave us a small refund on what we'd paid. Again, they were polite and efficient in dealing with this. I would definitely use this company again and recommend to others.”

“I ordered a micro wave /oven on line on Sunday night I was contacted the next morning and delivery details confirmed .it arrived on time 3 days later .Both the delivery driver and the office were really courteous and helpful and the price was very competitive . Highly recommended”

“This is the first time we have bought from The appliance depot. We emailed Laura before making an order which was very helpful information and ordered online. Communication when well and delivery was excellent, driver helped get tumble dryer in place and removed package and took away, he also phoned us up to tell what time he would be at our home.”
