“Great saving on price against All other suppliers. Delivery was informed to us well in advance, the driver was spot on time at 6am and was a very careful and extremely polite chap. We will definitely be buying from here again, many thanks to the team.”

“I purchased a SMEG dishwasher one year ago. It was delivered with no fitting template and these guys just kept referring me to the OEM, taking no responsibility. One way or another it has been nothing but trouble. Latest issue is it won't drain it's water. I asked from help from The Appliance Depot and was told the machine is 3 days out of warranty. They claim the warranty commences the day you order, not the day the machine is delivered!?!?!? I'm on a 12 month waiting list for a new car, let's hope the warranty didn't already start.....! Back to the dishwasher, which needs its door to be opened and closed multiple times before it starts. This is an issue that has got steadily worse, and one I should have in all honesty complained about sooner. However, like most people I'm too busy to spend much time on this stuff and the machine would eventually decide to start, even if it was annoying. Back to the machine not draining. Given the lack of response from The Appliance Depot I called British Gas under my homecare cover. They were brilliant and advised me the starting issue is down to the body of the machine being warped, preventing the door making a good connection. This machine was sold to me as an 'ex-Demo' unit. Apparently it wasn't inspected very well. When I tried to get some of this resolved I was met with "out of warranty mate". 3 days outside warranty, a warranty that starts ticking when you place your order. Appalling. Won't buy from this people (or SMEG as the machine is really quite poor quality) again. Incidentally, the British Gas engineer said the machine is basically a write-off.”

“Would give 10 stars if possible. Laura was a credit to your company and went out of her way to help with the ordering. The driver rang with the delivery time, was very friendly and carried the appliances in for us. Delivery within 48 hrs- exceptional as only ordered just before closing. Will use again.”

“There are some good deals, especially in clearance, but be aware that there are grades of use and cosmetic damage. Some items are basically new, but have dints/scratches. Issues with my appliance, which I did not realise would be left in the middle of the room for me to put in place, which is fine, if you know in advance. It took some time to get an engineer out (thank heavens for the warranty), which was necessary before AD would do anything. It was finally replaced with another machine (which I went out and chose/checked first). This time, the delivery man kindly plugged it in and left it in place for me. Lovely lady in the office got it sorted out for me, and happy now I have a working appliance.”

“From the first enquires through to purchase and delivery, everyone was very helpful and informative. Initially called to discuss an item and the member of staff explained how best to use the website and compare the items using the photos to see the minor marks/dents on the items. After ordering online late Sunday we received a confirmation and delivery booking call on Monday and the fridge arrived Thursday to us in London. The delivery driver rang to let me know he was close by and he brought the fridge into the kitchen without any issues. Would defiantly use again for future appliance shopping. Thank you :-)”

“They answered my questions regarding the item before ordering in great detail and quickly. On the day I ordered I received a call to arrange delivery which was very professional, and could accommodate my request for a particular date. I called on the morning of the delivery and was given an approximate time and was advised the driver would call. The driver called as advised and was extremely helpful on arrival and unpacked the item for inspection”

“The tumble dryer arrived wrapped in just bubble wrap. When the bubble wrap was removed the tumble dryer had marks on the top and scratches along the front(definitely not brand new). The vent tube was in 3 pieces and split all over so unusable. It was lucky it was my husband who took delivery. Was given a £25.00 refund. NOT HAPPY. Should have been taken away and refunded or replaced.”
