“I received my Hotpoint cooker and it is great! Wonderful service, may be a little slower delivery time but worth the wait. The delivery driver was absolutely brilliant. He was so polite and helpful with such a pleasant attitude.”

“I recently bought a fridge from The Appliance Depot and the whole experience was positive. The appliance was exactly as described, customer service kept me notified of delivery date and time and the delivery driver indeed phoned me an hour before the item was delivered - what not to like!”

“The waiting time for delivery was 16 days. This is not indicated when placing an order, you cannot select a date/time slot at checkout. Delivery charge is £30 and then it is only 1 driver so you need to have some strong man available at home to help. The driver is not insured to carry the appliance any steps or stairs (officially). However if you pay him additional £10 then he will help you get appliance inside. Total £40 for this "quality" delivery is quite high price, compared to other, bigger appliance sellers. Keep that in mind before ordering your appliances, especially if you cannot count on any strong man being present at the time of the delivery.”

“I've had 2 separate range cookers delivered from The Appliance Depot. We had an issue with the first - oven door was locking. After unsuccesfully working through a manufacturer's repair process Appliance Depot replaced the item. The replacement oven went in and worked without a hitch. The 2nd oven purchase went with no problems at all. All seems good now, so thanks to Appliance Depot.”

“Very helpful and informed staff explained what a "graded" product was very clearly and simply. Item (Siemens/Bosch cooker hood extractor) was brand new, just not in it's original packaging but was well protected with a study heavy duty cardboard box all relevant documents and dividers to keep it secure in transit. Item arrive in excellent condition and ready to fit and worked fine first time. Very good discount on the new price and very good communications with staff (did what they said they were going to do). The item arrive by courier on time. A very good company to deal with and I will certainly use them again if I can.”

“Good service on time but one part was broken, have not yet had a reply. Message sent below Hello I received the Fridge yesterday but unfortunately the Veg container is badly cracked. Please could you arrange for a new one to be sent. Below is the photo of the damage.”

“Sold a Britannia faulty hood replacement was sent but I had to deal with get the faulty one taken out and reinstall the replacement. When was asked to compensate for this inconvenience I was turn down.”

“Whilst looking on line for a replacement microwave I came across The Appliance Depot,they had just what I wanted for a much cheaper price.Not being sure if the details where correct I phoned and spoke to Jess who was very helpful and did the transaction over the phone.Two days later the microwave was in my kitchen.Great product great price great service,would recommend thankyou.”

“Excellent service. From Anna who was extremely helpful in providing information, extra photos and even in changing from my original choice of Bosch fridge freezer from grade B to a grade A which became available after the initial purchase. I would highly recommend The appliance Depot. In future if I ever need a new appliance my first port of call will be The Appliance Depot. Thank you.”

“It was my first purchase from The Appliance Depot and I am pleased with my new washing machine . The only thing that I would say is the delivery chap did not call/text before he arrived at the house as expected and informed us that is not something they do .”
