I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service I received. The dishwasher I ordered was badly damaged when delivered and despite me failing to notice this for 29 days ( I failed to unwrap the package) once I had sent photos and one email requesting a refund I was given immediate confirmation that I would receive a full refund. Throughout the whole process Anna was helpful and friendly. Returning the dishwasher was a little more problematic but this was down to the courier company as opposed to Appliance Depot. I was concerned that my own experience would be poor, given the poor reviews online, however it could not have been easier. Really.

A massive thanks to Laura - item came exactly as described brand new in box. Courier was mega helpful in helping me take inside. I was a tad worried about the negative reviews but our experience has been amazing!!

Customer service is very, very poor. Had a Smeg range cooker from AD fitted in November and it has broken down and needed repair 3 times in the first month. Factoring in waits for the engineer, I reckon we’ve had about 8 days use of it scattered through the last few weeks. Appliance Depot say that Smeg are totally responsible for fixing the problem, despite their company grading the appliance A+ and taking £871 of my money. Smeg say it is AD’s responsibility, as my purchase was with them not Smeg directly. I’m feeling lost and frustrated but AD aren’t interested. No one has answered my emails and I’ve been brushed off on the phone with what is clearly a script. Waiting for Smeg engineer AGAIN.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS I purchased a neff downdraft extractor that was sold slightly cheaper because it was not in its original box, the appliance when installed didn’t work properly, after receiving an engineer visit from Neff direct the engineer showed me the reason the appliance was not working was because of damage to the side of the appliance, after speaking with appliance depot that want nothing to do with it and have offered absolutely no solution instead they have been very rude, I am now left with an appliance I paid £1,200 for that doesn’t work properly. Absolute shambles

Can't fault the service The Appliance depot gives. Two items purchased delivered when stated. We had a problem with one of the items which was quickly dealt with by sending us a replacement. The staff are friendly and helpful. Big hats off to Amy in the office and Joe the delivery driver a credit to your company. Keep up the good work. big thanks to you all.

Think carefully before buying from Appliance Depot …. I bought a new SMEG oven that was fittted 7 weeks ago … the main oven has never worked and 2 of the induction areas …. After the repair engineer fitted every new price possible over a few visits and lots of phone calls and emails…. It still doesn’t work … the repair engineer has recommended a new oven and the appliance depot still want it to be repaired…. It is still ongoing which is very upsetting and stressful and only 3 weeks to Christmas……update 18/12 my oven has now been replaced and I would like to thank JESS and MARTIN the REPAIR ENGINEER for helping with this ….

My cooler came with a van direct from them . Very efficient and friendly . Could t have been more helpful. The cooker was graded so I was expecting it to be pretty scratched , hard to see in the photos . Actually it was in much much better condition than I expected. Have ordered again through them

My experience of buying through The Appliance Depot was great, I easily found what I wanted, the price was good compared to other site too. I had a phone call the day after ordering to confirm delivery details and arranging a delivery date. The customer service agent was very friendly, professional and very helpful. The delivery perfect, the gentleman unpacked the item and checked to make sure there was no damage before leaving.

We had nothing but a great experience with The Appliance Depot. E-Mails were answered promptly, human beings who picked up the phone super quickly and seamless delivery down to Cornwall. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thanks to all the team there. We will be back.

We had been waiting over 2 weeks for another supplier to find a particular fridge for us with no promises, but The Appliance Depot found what we needed and delivered it within 24 hours. Great service ; friendly and efficient

Terrible. Engineer has been out twice for my smeg induction range already and needs to come again. Customer service team are vile… no ownership, No apologies, no care at all, totally defensive and rude, do not risk shopping here

Asked the delivery driver if he could take my tumble dryer to the back door instead of the front door, as I have a hernia. He said, " That's not my problem!" He did nevertheless take it round the back. Very shocking to hear such a rude comment.
