Well, we haven’t actually unpacked and installed our new oven yet but I’m assuming it’s intact and it works. However, am very impressed with the service so far. The lady in sales / customer service was very prompt and helpful - queries were answered straight away - and the delivery guy was great, very friendly and “can do”. Plus I saved a lot on the deal. Good service all round.

i have never bought from this vendor previously and bought blindly basically because they had stock of a fridge freezer i was looking at, at a reduced price. I purchased it Very shortly after i had purchased it on the same day i received a call from the company arranging a delivery date. Call was polite and personable, i quite liked that touch. I took the day off to accommodate the delivery. The item arrived on the day specified, in the morning. When purchasing large appliances there are further services offered that you can pay for to make the process smoother. Recycling services etc. I chose not to utilise however in hindsight if buying a large appliance in future i would consider for convenience. I am a satisfied customer, the whole experience was easy. So much so i have bookmarked the website and depending on prices will check them out again when buy appliances. Can i find any fault, no flawless, 5 stars for me

Dishwasher sold as graded with no damage. Having removed the packaging, I discovered a substantial dent on the door. I was offered a discount, which I accepted. When I fitted the dishwasher and put it on, it started leaking from the top corner?! I had to get a Neff engineer out, who identified some damage to the side of the appliance, now awaiting parts. Not a great experience, also I was assured that all appliances are tested by manufacturer and The Appliance Depot before they are sold, not sure how accurate this is given what happened.

Cooker was £80 cheaper than Currys, and was delivered quickly by a really helpful driver. I was kept well informed as to the progress of the order. Would happily buy from Appliance Depot again.

Delivery has been arranged for a week hence, all the way from Leicester to Hove, so no photo yet, but it will replace one that was bought before the turn of this century.and has now spun out of control. Despite the fact that you are not able to undertake the disposal of this ancient item, as a subscribed account holder, I'll be back for sure

Dishwasher delivered damaged, door springs not working because of broken frame. Not repairable. Collected and refunded but only after a series of emails. No like for like substitute offered, no compensation for the inconvenience or expense of having ot fitted and the decommissioned for collection.

Ordered on a Sunday Customer Service phoned at 10am on Monday to arrange delivery followed up by confirmation email. Nice to find a company who treat there customers well.

Terrible customer service. I am utterly horrified at the service. I purchased an A grade oven over two months ago. From outside of packaging looked fine so left it in packaging. Kitchen fitting was delayed, as renovations took longer than expected. Kitchen fitter opened it yesterday and there are visible/ugly scratches and marks on both handles. Apparently nothing can be done, as it is over 28 days. I didn't ask for a refund, just an exchange of a scratch-free and mark-free product. No apology, no compensation. Deception from a company who claimed that  [This product is graded due to box damage only and will be repackaged making it suitable for delivery.] I wished I'd paid 50 quid extra and bought it from Currys instead. Don't buy from The Appliance Depot.

Hello, Our apologies you feel the customer service provided today wasn't up to standard. I can see you spoke with two members of our team regarding this today (one being a manager). They both explained all customer have 28 days to notify us if anything is wrong with their order. As your order has been in your possession for over 2 months we can’t offer an exchange or a refund. I can see both members of our team have requested photos of this extra damage from you to try and assist and none have come through to our email as of yet.
