“The fridge freezer is great. I am struggling to see any marks on it. Customer service very good. However, the delivery was late and the driver refused to put it inside the house stating that policy was to leave it outside due to a Customer claiming for damage. I wast left out in the rain with my new appliance 😑 Perhaps update delivery info.”

“Received fridge freezer in condition as indicated. Excellent customer service from the office, unfortunately let down by delivery driver, who did not ring ahead and would not wait when he delivered, F/F left in drive way. Good value for money on goods”

“The appliance depot was brilliant I purchased a smeg range style oven I'm so happy with it and the whole experience was great completely stress free due too the 3 sale's team come customer service representatives Anna,Laura and jess... Who were amazing they even brought my delivery forward on request at no expense to me thank you so much girls you went above and beyond I will definitely be using the appliance depot again and I will also be recommending them to my clients thanks again from a very Happy customer ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Considering your driver and other young man helping had come to Battle from Leicestershire, I was impressed with their cheery attitude so early in the day! No sign of having driven for many miles so early in their day and they were courteous and thoughtful. It occurs to me that you run a first class service - every phone call I’ve made to you is treated with a ‘can do’ attitude. Thank you all.”

“My first contact, I think on a Sunday, I was told the item was not available. I noticed that it was five minutes to four, which was closing time. I believe this was said to stop conversation. Hence I have lowered my score. Thereafter staff could not have been more helpful. The blemishes were highlighted to me to ensure I understood that the dishwasher had some cosmetic defects. The product arrived as expected and I was even able to obtain a duplicate email receipt, having somehow lost my original. Apart from the initial contact I was extremely satisfied.”

“All ok , can truly recommend. That was second large fridge freezer and all turn up like it should. First fridge freezer 2 years ago still fully working and also turn up as per photos”
