“Fridge freezer was fine despite not being in original packaging. Delivered within 3 days of ordering and the delivery driver could not have been more helpful as it was a very tricky entrance to our house.”

“Checked Google shopping for best price and these guys had one with a slightly damaged side that would not be seen after installation. It arrived well packaged and was exactly as described and has the same warranty. I saved £200 for a little scratch, highly recommended 😉”

“Paid for grade A extractor fan which was delivered the day they said box was opened by delivery driver and photographed . Extractor was exactly as described like new and works perfectly and all this for half the price of a new extractor…perfect👌👌👌👌👌”

“This is the second time I've ordered from this company. Five stars for their service - there is someone at the end of the phone to answer queries, the ordering process is straightforward, delivery is fast (helpful driver) and the communication from start to finish is excellent. Fantastic selection of appliances and bargain savings to be had as anything graded has full explanation of what to expect. I will definitely bookmark this website for the future and most certainly recommend to others.”

“I have no idea why these guys have so many bad reviews!? I had great customer service and my appliances were brilliant! Thank you to the driver that delivered it, thanks to the girls on the phone that helped me with arranging my delivery and being patient and I even had the chance to speak with a manager who was really helpful as well.”

“We ordered a Smeg American type fridge freezer and had a problem getting it into our bungalow. After talking to the 'Boss' we were able to take the doors off fairly easily and it went in fine. So very pleased with the outcome and the fantastic discount.”
