Tony was brilliant although the showroom was not open to the public due to a building issue he still showed us around & on completing a purchase of a cooker hood he carried the large item to our car . Great service Thankyou

We waited two weeks for them to deliver our freezer down to Surrey. I took a day off work to be in for it. It arrived and turned out to be a fridge as it was labelled wrong. They then wouldn't arrange collection/replacement for another two weeks because they weren't delivering to the area. We are now left with a fridge we cannot use in our dining room for another two weeks. They wouldn't make any exceptions with booking an external courier, despite offering this as a service on their website. DO NOT buy from this place unless you live locally to midlands as they cannot be trusted to deliver, and their retuning process is extremely difficult.

Purchased damaged goods but it wasn’t clear on the website. Appliance Depot say it was but there definitely was no indication or photos saying cosmetic damage!! Be very care what you purchase.

Problems with my graded Smeg range cooker: Sides far more ‘dented’ than described – more like caved in Dent back of hob area (not described in listing) Front foot plate scratched and dented (not mentioned in listing – front described as ‘no damage’ ) No gas hose adaptor or LPG fittings (omitted from delivery on Friday and noticed on Saturday by my plumber) Door lines uneven (‘no damage’ to front of cooker in listing) What I was told by AD: Adaptor has never been missing before – implying I was mistaken Can’t do anything over weekend – although I did then get another call Adaptor will be sent 1st thing Monday to arrive Tuesday (It’s Thursday now and I still don’t have it) Why didn’t you decline the delivery? (I accepted the damage to the sides and even the small dent to the hob as I am not a fussy customer and the damage to the sides would not be seen) Why didn’t you tell us sooner? (I phoned and sent an email on the Saturday and another one on Monday after telephoning about the foot plate and being asked to send pictures. I only saw the uneven doors on Monday when the cooker had been put in situ and I had a moment to look at it from the other side of the room – not originally obvious in my small hallway) Maybe I have uneven floors which would account for the uneven doors (?) Further conversations: I suggested I could have a replacement and was told ‘no’ – I would be given a full refund. I was later called by Steve who offered me a replacement saying he had some new Smeg cookers in. I accepted this after looking at the website, but noticed the one I wanted (albeit same model and grading) was a lower price. Steve then retracted his offer when I pointed out the price difference and that I would be due a refund – saying that he had put himself out already, wasn’t prepared to refund me (what amounted to £50 in a potential sale of more than £1,000), I was clearly a difficult customer and he couldn’t be bothered with all the paperwork. I don’t know what Steve’s problem is, but he needs to think about how much all of this has put ME out and I’m sure his boss won’t be too pleased with his lack of business acumen. I was prepared to give the business another chance. So….I am now waiting in for the cooker to be collected. I have been forced to buy a new cooker from Appliances Online so that I have a cooker for my guests next week. My plumber will need to visit a second time. I will have been without a cooker for a week.

Order process was simple and Anna was very helpful over the phone with the delivery process. Delivery was on time and our order was very well packed. Very well pleased and would recommend to others.

They're kindly replacing my tap as it was damaged sadly. Spoke to John the manager who was really helpful. So very happy they have been very understanding as I'm disabled.

The service received was first rate. The contact made at each stage was polite & informative. A suitable delivery date was agreed & I was contacted the day before and given an idea of the time of delivery. I was contacted by the driver with a 30 minute heads up for his arrival. The product was checked in front of me on the doorstep to confirm it’s condition. An first class service, would definitely use the company again.

Excellent customer service. Makes the customer feel that you are important to them. Their in-house delivery service is just as good arriving on time. The delivery driver was polite and friendly and delivered my appliance to exactly where I wanted it. The appliance was at a surprisingly low price and I am impressed with its quietness and impression of quality. For example the door closes with a reassuring click with only gentle pressure required, not the usual slam that most makes require. The only criticism I can make, and it is minor, is that the instruction book is enclosed in a re-sealable bag in the drum and this was not sealed properly so that the booklet was damp causing the staples to go rusty causing dark brown rust patches on the paper. As I said “minor”. Keep up the good work. I cannot recommend you more strongly.

1st class service, 30 minutes after placing order had a call to arrange delivery, had call day before to confirm I was 4th on the delivery. Driver called me to tell me when he would be arriving, he was within 10 minutes of what he said. Driver was lovely and opened box to ensure all products were correct. Would definitely use this company again, everyone I spoke to was lovely.

What a great company, simply put they deliver exactly what you would expect. Which is sadly a very rare commodity. Brilliant service, delivered so efficiently. As a first time graded appliance buyer I was concerned as to what I was going to get, what I got was brilliant service and the product exactly as described. So impressed thanks to everyone. Purchased a hob from the company. It turned out one valve was faulty. Unfortunately, they did not have another one in stock and gave me a prompt refund without any hassle. Refund was given by 2nd day. The customer service was excellent with very good communications-hence giving them 5 stars+. I definitely would not hesitate to use this company again and would highly recommend this company to anyone.

From initial product enquiries, product status clarification, placing order and delivery - everything is customer focussed and progressed in a prompt and professional manner. Outstanding communications - knowledgeable, polite, friendly and quick to answer any questions.
