“This has been my first experience with The Appliance Depot it definitely won't be my last. I can not fault the service I have received, from start to finish, it has been exceptional, I have been treated with the utmost curtesy and respect, in spite of the extended Christmas and New Year holiday everything ran so smoothly. Thank you one and all.”

“Very disappointed when the item description said it was perfect but no box and it arrived with a damaged oven handle , wasted a week waiting for it to be delivered and now back to square one . However the customer service and refund were outstanding and that to me was the most important. Money was refunded within 24 hours . Overall i wouldn’t buy again as wouldn’t trust the description. .”

“What's the point of having " make an offer" option on your Ebay site then not having the common decency to respond with at least a response either sorry can't go that low or a counter offer of what you will except. Now bought elsewhere so a sale lost though probably not bothered as you couldn't be bothered to respond to my offer.”

“Just bought and collected a small hoover fridge. Big saving on new. Staff very friendly and helpful. The one I had down to me had a couple of dinks on the front, not described. The lad agreed, without any of the usual attitude!! He spoke to the office who were happy to swap for another. Would happily use again”

“Delivery was on time. Product okay. Cheap and cheerful bargain as a stop gap. Probably won’t use again because of high delivery charge and returns policy involving tight time limit and admin charge.”
